Ownership and Corporate Structure

• UffPay SA is an independent company registered in Guatemala and wholly owned by UffPay Tech Inc., an American company. UffPay SA adheres to all local laws of the Republic of Guatemala.

Processing of Operations

• All operations in Guatemala are processed through the processor NeoNet, a local processor in Guatemala approved by Visa and part of the VisaNet network.
• Operations in the United States are processed independently through another processor that is part of the Visa network.

Trademark Protection

• All trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names associated with UffPay are protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized use of any of these marks is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from The Company.

Finality of Transactions

• Due to the nature of the type of service that UffPay provides, all transactions are categorized as final, and once executed, they will be considered final.
